广东奇正科技有限公司营销策略研究 摘要：随着我国推行建筑行业的绿色发展，新型的建筑材料的创新、推广以及应用都不断地在进入到建筑行业中，新型铝合金模板以及新型脚手架符合绿色建筑发展的要求，目前正逐渐代替传统建筑材料，扩大在建材行业地市场份额，然而这类新型建材行业的市场竞争激烈，企业的经营生存发展成为了一大关键问题。企业实施的营销策略会影响到企业在未来的发展，准确适当的营销策略可以极大的促进企业经营活动的成功。目前行业企业对营销策略的规划并没有给予重视，企业的发展方向多受行业竞争的影响并没有根据企业的实际情况实施适合的营销策略，这对企业的长期发展造成了极大的影响，极容易造成随波逐流而导致企业的倒闭。本文在借鉴前人的研究成果的基础上，结合广东奇正科技有限公司为实际生产案例，采用经验总结法、案例分析、文献研究法和定性分析法对广东奇正科技有限公司目前实施的营销策略进行进一步的改进与完善，提出其所存在的问题，并借鉴国内外学者的理论研究、行业企业经验等为基础提出相对应的建议。 广东奇正科技有限公司创新改进原有的营销策略，可以准确规划企业的未来发展方向，促进营销策略整合，才能将企业的资源发挥到最大化，确保资源不被浪费，才能准确的进行产品以及市场定位，增强有效的竞争实力，提升销售额，扩大市场份额。 关键词：奇正科技，营销策略，营销整合  The marketing strategy of Guangdong KITSEN Technology Co., Ltd.
