Methods: A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups: study group (intra-articular Sodium Hyaluronate combined with TE， n=40) and control group (intra-articular Sodium Hyaluronate and Compound Betamethasone with tender spot injection， n=40). The VAS value， curative effect evaluation and presence of side effects before and after treatment of 1， 2， 4 weeks and 3 months were recorded. Results: The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment， the differences were highly significant (P＜). There were no significant advee effects and side effects of all patients. Conclusion: The treatment of intra-articular Sodium Hyaluronate combined with TE for knees arthritis is safe and effective. [Key words] Tracutaneous electrical nerve stimulation; Knee osteoarthritis; Sodium Hyaluronate 膝骨关节炎是一种中老年的常见、多发疾病，因其病程长、症状反复、不易痊愈，严重影响患者的生活质量，主要表现为膝关节疼痛，肿胀，活动受限，其患病率随年龄的增长而增加。玻璃酸钠膝关节注射联合复方倍他米松痛点注射已被临床证实能有效缓解患者症状[1]，但糖皮质激素的副作用限制了该方法在临床中的应用。经皮神经电刺激（tracutaneous electrical nerve stimulation，TE）疗法在临床中应用广泛，镇痛作用确切，具有安全、方便、操作简单等特点。本研究采取TE联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎，以观察其疗效。
