Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups， 10 in each group. The fit group (PD group) of ten rats were prepared to be hemiparkionian models induced by unilateral stereotaxic infusion of 6-hydroxydopamine ( 6-OHDA ) in right substantia nigra of mid-brain. Every week after operation， the circles the rats run were observed in 30 minute after intraperitoneal injection apomorphine. If the rats ran more than 6 circles every minute at the fourth week after operation， they were successful PD rat models. The second group (Naloxone group) were given stereotactic injection of naloxone in rat substantia nigra of the right side， and then the PD models were produced by the same way as the fit group. The third group injected with normal saline as a control group. From the operative side in rat substantia nigra， an immunohistochemistry (IH) technique was used to detect the expression of IL-12P40. Results IH measurement showed， compared to control group， IL-12P40 in PD group elevated significantly ()， and compared to PD group， the expression of IL-12P40 in Naloxone group was significantly less ().
