Due to the lack of Chineseteacher and the need of teacher’s quality improving, the master’s degreeof TCSOL had been set in aims to train skilled people in teachingChinese as a second language skills and good ability of cross-culturalcommunication, to adapt to the international promotion of Chineselanguage, high-level, applied and compound talents for a variety ofteaching tasks. Until now, the degree has been established for nine yea,and trained a large number of high-quality Chinese master ofinternational education graduates, however, the lack and quality problemsof international Chinese teache still exist. There are many reasoleading to this situation, especially, the students’ attitude across theirmajor and career optio, and also their professional identity andemployment prospects。 To solve this problem, this thesis will make questionnaires tosurvey students’ professional pepective and cognition about their major,and also make interviews to students who respectively have graduatedfrom one to three yea, engaged in the major-related and non-major-related work field. And then separately from the students self-cognition, peonal interest, career values, emotional disorde andprofessional recognition, these five aspects to see the facto and reasothat influencing students’ career optio.
