integral part of This Agreement。

This Contract is made by and between the Buyer and the Seller， whereby the Buyer
agree to buy and the Seller agree to sell the under mentioned commodity according
to the terms and conditions stipulated below：
兹经买卖双方制订本合同,并按照合同规定下述条款，买方同意购买、卖方同意
