(1) Ask students to answer the following question.
What do people in the West do to celebrate Christmas? Tell them to use the pictures and phrases to help them.

to decorate the house to give/open gifts
to sing Christmas songs to hang a stocking
Ask for volunteers to share their ideas to the class.
