常熟理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE 8 北京市大型房地产企业市场开拓融资策略研究以万科集团为例 摘 要 本文主要采用了理论与实践相结合的研究方法，对在北京知名大型房地产企业万科公司的融资策略进行了研究。全文分为四个部分。第一部分是引言。主要对文章的选题背景和研究意义、研究现状以及研究思路和方法进行简要介绍。第二部分是通过万科公司的融资策略研究来了解北京市大型房地产企业的融资现况，以及对房地产企业融资的结构要求和对资金取得的外界因素的研究。第三部分是对融资策略的基本理论研究。分析房地产企业资金的需求的原因，并结合万科总结房地产企业融资的相关问题。第四部分是对北京大型房地产企业的开拓融资提出对策建议。本文主要通过对北京大型房地产企业万科公司融资策略以及融资风险控制的分析，以为北京其他大型房地产企业在融资时提供有益的启示。 关键词：房地产 市场 融资 Beijing? Abstract This paper uses the research method of combining theory with practice, in the famous Beijing large real estate enterprises Vanke Company Financing Strategy research. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. This paper mainly on the research background and significance, research status and research ideas and methods are briefly introduced.
