《社会保障学》教学大纲 一、课程基本信息 课程名称 社会保障学 Social Security Science 课程编码 SEM525031020 开课院部 经济管理学院 课程团队 （未设置） 学分 2.0 课内学时 32 讲授 32 实验 0 上机 0 实践 0 课外学时 0 适用专业 （公选课组） 授课语言 中文 先修课程 课程简介 （任选） 本课程是面向全校本科开设的公选课。课程的主要内容如下：社会保障制度的发展历程、思想渊源和理论基础及各国社会保障的体系和模式等基础知识，结合中国实际对社会救助、养老保险制度、医疗保险制度、失业保险制度和其他社会保险制度的构建原则、功能分析、制度类型以及发展趋势等内容进行有针对性的阐述，并对延迟养老、生育政策等热点问题进行探讨。本课程注重教学内容的基础性，突出社会保障的基本理念、理论，构建支持学生未来发展的知识基础。通过本课程的学习，学生会明确社会保障的学科体系；掌握社会保障的基本理论，明确我国社会保障基本体制的基本要素；通过相关案例分析与讨论加深对社会保障制度重点内容的理解和运用。 This course is a public elective course for all undergraduates. The main contents of the course are as follows: the development process, ideological origin and theoretical basis of the social security system, as well as the basic knowledge of the social security systems and modes of various countries, discussion about social assistance, the construction principles, functional analysis, system types and development trends of the old-age insurance system, medical insurance system, unemployment insurance system and other social insurance systems according the reality of China, it also discusses hot issues such as delayed retirement and birth control policy. This course focuses on the basis of teaching content, highlights the basic concepts and theories of social security, and constructs a knowledge base to support students future development.
