芒果树叶色素对棉织物的染色工艺.docVIP

PAGE I PAGE I 摘要 为挖掘棉织物传统上染工艺,拓宽现代植物上染的色彩内涵和色域范围,提高棉织物附加价值,使用十二水硫酸铝钾为媒染剂,用无水乙醇作为提取的有机溶剂对芒果叶的色素提取，将提取出来的色素染液和棉织物进行，进而确定最佳的上染工艺，不同上染工艺影响因素的显色规律,求得色牢度和耐摩擦牢度。实验结果表明:芒果叶色素染棉织物预媒染可以染黄绿色调,上染效果为前媒染同浴然的后媒染直接染。最好的前媒染的上色时间是3小时，液比是1:30，上染的温度在60℃。白矾的最好用量是6%OWF(On weight the fabric)媒染液比是1:40，媒染温度是40℃。白矾与染液在同一浴中完成上染和络合的上染方法浴染的最好液比是1:50，温度是40℃，时间是4小时。先进行上染，在进行媒染络合的最佳温度是50℃。染液对棉织物上染的最佳液比是1:70，温度50℃，时间4小时。 关键词：芒果叶色素，明矾，媒染 五邑大学本科生毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In order to excavate the traditional dyeing process of cotton fabric, widen the color connotation and gamut range of modern plant dyeing, and improve the added value of cotton fabric, potassium aluminium sulfate dodecahydrate was used as mordant, absolute ethanol was used as extracting organic solvent to extract the pigment from mango leaves. The extracted pigment dyeing solution and cotton fabric were carried out, and the optimum dyeing process and the influencing factors of different dyeing processes were determined. The K/S value and the rubbing fastness were obtained. The results show that the pre-mordant dyeing of cotton fabric with mango leaf pigment can dye yellow-green tone, and the dyeing effect is as follows: pre-mordant dyeing co-mordant dyeing post-mordant dyeing direct dyeing. The best pre-mordant dyeing time is 3 hours, the liquid ratio is 1:30, and the dyeing temperature is 60 C. The optimum dosage of alum is 6% OWF (On weight the fabric) mordant liquid ratio is 1:40, mordant temperature is 40 C. The best bath dyeing method for alum and dye solution to finish dyeing and complexing in the same bath is 1:50 liquid ratio, 40 C temperature and 4 hours time. The optimum temperature for mordant complexation is 50 C. The optimum liquid ratio of dyeing solution to cotton fabric is 1:70, temperature is 50 C, time is 4 hours.
