马铃薯擦皮机整体结构设计 PAGE 2 马铃薯擦皮机整体结构设计 摘要: 马铃薯作为全球第四大粮食作物，中国又是世界上马铃薯总产量最多的国家。目前我国大部分地区广泛种植，但是马铃薯的加工能力较弱，机械化程度不高、生产效率较低。所以需要设计一种机械式的马铃薯擦皮机，以提高马铃薯的生产效率，降低加工成本，为马铃薯工业化生产发展提供技术保障。 本论文主要是基于对收获后的马铃薯清洗、擦皮的需要，分析和设计出一台适用于中小型生产、具有清洗功能的机械式马铃薯擦皮机。主要研究内容分为以下几个方面：一是通过明确研究目的对国内外研究现状和成果进行分析，综合考虑各个结构原理的优缺点，初步拟定出设计思路；二是根据设计思路初定马铃薯擦皮机的基本结构，分别是对擦皮机构、驱动装置、清洗装置、传动机构等结构的设计，分析出其工作原理；三是对马铃薯擦皮机结构装置的参数确定，主要是对马铃薯受力分析、底盘转速分析、功率分析、电动机和水泵的选型、传动机构V带以及带轮的选型等参数确定；四是通过UG建模，对马铃薯擦皮机的整体结构效果进行检阅。 通过以上分析设计，设计出一种方便、高效、节能和低成本的具有清洗功能的马铃薯擦皮机，为马铃薯加工机械化生产提供技术保障。 关键词：马铃薯；清洗擦皮；机械摩擦式  The overall structure design of potato peeler Student Name: Yan Guojie Instructor: Fan qiu xia ABSTRACT As the fourth largest food crop in the world, China is the country with the largest total potato production in the world.
