毕业设计 （论文） 题目：我国金融监管体系存在的问题及完善对策 摘要 摘 要 金融监管体系，又称监督体系，近年来，金融法规的建设、金融监管机构的调整、监 管队伍的部署、监管手段的开发，都表明我国的金融监管能力得到了很大提高，但我国的 金融监管体制还存在着监管机构协调性、差监管的有效性不强、监管法律体系不完善等诸 多问题，因此我国必须对金融机构进行全过程多方位监管、改进监管方式提升监管效率、 加强金融队伍建设完善金融监管人员素质体系、加强当前各金融监管当局的协调配合防止 监管真空或重复监管、加强金融立法建设，按照WTO金融规则，完善金融监管法制体系。 关键词 金融监管体制；现状；面临问题；对策 ： Abstract ABSTRACT Financial regulatory system, also called the supervision system, in recent years, the construction of financial regulations, adjustment of financial regulators, deployment of the supervision team, and the development of regulatory means, suggests that our country financial regulation ability has been greatly improved, but Chinas financial regulatory system, there are regulatory effectivene of poor coordination, regulation is not strong, supervision legal system is not perfect, and many other i ues, so our country must to supervise financial institutions for the whole proce of many-sided, improve supervision way to enhance the regulation efficiency, strengthen financial team construction to perfect the financial supervision system of personnel quality, strengthen the coordination between the current financial regulatory authorities to prevent regulatory vacuum or repeated supervision, to strengthen the construction of financial legislation, in accordance with the WTO financial rules, perfect the financial supervision legal system.
