PAGE PAGE 7 金属再结晶 一、课程介绍 《金属再结晶》是为材料成型及控制工程专业本科生开设的一门专业选修课。再结晶与晶粒长大是金属材料十分重要的物理冶金过程,指金属在热加工过程或冷加工+热处理后,无缺陷新晶粒在内部变形晶粒中重新形核和长大的过程。再结晶过程及其原理在金属材料生产,如热加工、变形热处理、再结晶退火、合金回火、合金脱溶和粉末冶金等各种工艺过程中得到了广泛的应用,与金属材料化学性质、物理性质和力学行为等密切相关。 本课程旨在帮助学生拓展视野,为后续开展铸造、金属材料和金属加工等领域课程学习,以及研究材料加工过程中成分、组织与力学行为的关系进行必要的知识储备。目标是培养本科生分析问题以及解决问题的能力,使学生在金属成型及热处理专业领域中能够有意识地使用相关理念、技术和思维方法处理工作、科研和日常生活等可能遇到的专业技术难题。本课程共32学时包含理论24学时,实验6学时,考试2学时,期末以考察形式结课。 Introduction “Recrystallization in metallic materials” is a specialized elective course for undergraduates majoring in Material Forming and Control Engineering in colleges and universities. Recrystallization and grain growth are important physical metallurgical processes for metallic materials. They refer to the process of re-nucleation and growth of defect-free new grains in deformed grains after hot working or cold working plus heat treatment. The recrystallization process and its principle have been widely used in the production of metal materials, such as thermal processing, heat treatment after deformation, recrystallization annealing, tempering, dissolution and powder metallurgy, etc. Therefore, the recrystallization process is closely related to chemical and physical properties as well as mechanical behaviors in metallic materials. This course is aimed to assist students in expanding their horizons and conducting the necessary knowledge reserves for subsequent courses in the fields of foundry, metal materials and metalworking, as well as facilitating the study of the relationship between composition, microstructure and mechanical behavior during material processing. The goal is to develop undergraduate students ability to analyze and solve problems, so that students can consciously use relevant concepts, techniques and thinking methods involving metal forming and heat treatment to deal with professional technical problems that may be encountered in work, research and daily life. The course consists of 32 class hours in total, including 24 hours
