PAGE PAGE 1 金属物理性能分析 课程介绍： 《金属物理性能分析》是材料科学与工程专业（金属材料工程模块）的一门专业教育选修课。该门课程包括热学性能分析，电性分析，热电性分析，磁性分析，膨胀分析以及氧化腐蚀分析等的综合应用。研究功能材料主要是开发和利用材料的物理性能，对金属物理性能的学习也是材料学科学生的必备知识之一。 金属及合金的物理性和化学性能与成分、组织和结构等内部因素之间的关系，以及与温度、应力、电场和磁场等环境因素之间的关系是本课程的基础。为了认识金属及合金的物理性能与内部和环境因素的内在联系，本课程对各种物理性能的本质进行了基本的阐述，重点讨论了常用的一些测量方法的原理，物理性能分析在材料学等方面研究中的应用。使学生既掌握金属材料的一些物理性能的变化，又可以掌握一些物理性能分析的方法，从而可以在将来的工作中合理选择物理性能分析的方法来表征材料的其他性能。教学对象为本科四年级上学期的学生。 Introduction Analysis on physical performance of metals is an optional course of material profession. The course includes comprehensive application of thermal performance analysis, electrical analysis, thermoelectrical analysis, magnetic analysis expansion analysis, corrosion and oxidation analysis and so on. Investigating functional materials is mainly development and utilization of physical properties of materials, the knowledge about physical properties of metal materials is one of the essential knowledge for students studying materials science. The foundation of this course is the relationship between physical properties and chemical properties of metal and its alloy and composition, texture and structure, as well as the environmental factors such as temperature, stress, electric fields and magnetic fields. In order to understanding internal relation between physical properties of metal and its alloy and environmental factors, various nature of physical properties is explained basically in this course, and mainly focused on principles of some common measurement methods, physical properties analysis of the application of the research in materials science.
