PAGE 0 PAGE 7 金属基复合材料及制造技术 一 、课程介绍 本课程为材料成型及控制工程专业本科学生专业教育课程中铸造模块的一门重要选修课，目的是使学生掌握金属基复合材料的制备工艺理论和方法，并对金属基复合材料的现状、发展趋势及最新技术成果有所了解。本课程重视学生创新思维能力的培养，跟踪复合材料技术领域的发展，并与材料成型原理、工艺等课程构成一个联系紧密的课程群。授课对象为材料成形与控制工程专业高年级本科生。 本课程为英/汉双语教学，内容包括金属基复合材料设计方法、增强原理、合成、制备方法和金属基复合材料的应用及发展趋势等三个部分。前两部分主要讲授复合材料的基础理论和较为成熟的合成制备方法。第三部分介绍各类复合材料的应用及该技术领域的最新发展。课程内容重点是复合材料的设计、制备和应用情况等，课程参考现有学术专著、期刊杂志最新文献，结合教师的研究成果，兼顾了课程的深度和广度。同时还为选课同学设计了课外实验环节，以加深对课程重点内容的理解。具体内容为任选自蔓延高温合成法(SHS)、自然或无压浸渗法(SIP)制备颗粒增强铝基或铜基复合材料，自己设计基体、增强体及制备工艺参数，现场了解这两种方法所需设备、工艺流程、具体操作方法、工艺参数的选定及制备过程的影响因素等；观察所制材料的微观组织和界面结合情况。 Introduction This course is an elective course, for the student specialized in material forming and control engineering specialty.
