民办高校财务管理问题研究 摘要 近几年来，我国民办高等教育发展越来越迅速。随着办学规模的扩大和办学 理念的不断更新，民办高校的一些财务管理体系已经不能适应发展的需求。这其 中存在着很多问题，如何采取有效措施强化民办高校的财务管理已经是一个迫在 眉睫的任务。本文通过文献研究法等对现有的资料学习总结，探讨与民办高校财 务管理体系密切相关的问题，对优化民办高校财务管理体系进行了有益的探索。 本文首先在深入分析了我国民办高校财务管理研究意义和了解民办高校和 民办高校财务管理概念的基础之上，明确了研究的思路和方法。然后，结合民办 高校财务管理的现况，笔者发现了其中存在内部结构失衡、办学经费的筹集不易， 来源单一、办学经费出资方式不够规范、财务管理制度不完善、内部制约失效、 预算管理意识局限，缺乏战略性等问题，并利用相关民办高校的财务数据对这些 问题进行了深层次的研究。最后，针对民办高校所存在的问题提出了优化融资模 式，拓宽融资渠道，健全财务监督体系，完善财务管理制度，提升财务人员整体 业务水平等策略建议。 关键词：民办高校；财务管理；内部控制；预算管理 I Research on the financial management of private colleges and Universities Abstract In recent years, the development of private higher education in China is more and more rapid.
