本科论文 摘 要 中小企业是我国经济发展的支柱，也是我国经济主体不可替代的一部分，不仅在促 进我国经济发展、扩大就业、优化经济结构和维持社会稳定等方面做出了积极的贡献， 而且成为推动我国技术改革与创新的重要力量。然而，对中小企业信贷融资的现状进行 分析后，我们发现中小企业在国民经济和社会发展中所作出做的贡献与所占有的经济资 源十分不匹配，其中最主要的障碍是资金短缺、融资难的问题。本文结合了目前利率市 场化的经济形势，对中小企业信贷融资问题展开了研究，分析了我国中小企业在利率市 场化下进行信贷融资存在的问题，结合国际信贷融资的理论基础，针对利率市场化对中 小企业的影响，试着提出了一些破解融资困境的建议。 关键字:中小企业 利率市场化 信贷融资 本科论文 ABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises are the pillar of Chinas economic development and an irreplaceable part of Chinas economic main body, it has not only made positive contributions to Chinas economic development, employment expansion, economic structure optimization and social stability maintenance, but also become an important force to promote Chinas technological reform and innovation. However, after analyzing the present situation of SMEscredit financing, we find that the contribution of SMEs in the National Economic and social development is quite incompatible with the economic resources they possess, one of the main obstacles is the shortage of funds, financing problems. Based on the current economic situation of interest rate marketization, this paper studies the credit financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the existing problems of credit financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China under the interest rate marketization, based on the theory of International Credit Financing and the influence of interest rate marketization on small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper tries to put forward some suggestions to solve the financing difficulties.
