Under such an era background， rural tourism in the tourism industry is booming. Lavender manor is one of the typical type. Through literature analysis， field investigation， the Beijing blues lavender manor， we deeply analyzed the current situation of the development， through the SWOT analysis model， analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Beijing blues lavender farm on this basis， starting from the opportunities and challenges， summarizes the existing problems， including： lack of characteristic tourism products， tourism propaganda insufficiency， the service needs to improve infrastructure， ecological environment needs to be protected， and so on. At the same time， according to the existing problems， combined with the development experience of domestic and foreign tourist attractions， put forward the corresponding countermeasures： innovative design of tourism products， increase the intensity of tourism publicity， constantly improve the service facilities， enrich the off-season tourism activities.
