摘 要 随着社会的发展与进步，贷款公司逐渐增多，小额贷款公司也随之生长。山东省 府也紧随时代潮流对省市的小额贷款公司行业给予了相关的鼓励并出台了相关鼓励 策，为省市的小额贷款公司发展奠定了良好的基础。山东省在 2008 年开始逐渐开展了 小额贷款公司试点工作，从开始试点到工作的持续开展，目前在整个山东小额贷款公司 已经较多，这对“三农”、中小公司融资难等问题进行了一定的缓解，同时对山东省社 会经济发展起到了有效地促进作用。作为金融创新下的新事物，其中存在的问题也是需 要引起重视的。在普惠金融的背景下对小额贷款公司存在的问题进行分析，寻找可持续 发展的解决对策，促进山东省小额贷款公司的可持续发展是非常重要的。 关键词：普惠金融，小额贷款公司，山东省 Abstract With the development and progress of society, loan companies have gradually increased, and micro-loan companies have also grown.
