With the deepening of education and teaching reform， school-enterprise cooperation has become a trend， but also a consensus of higher vocational education. More and more higher vocational colleges begin to introduce corporate culture and create schools. There are some differences between enterprise culture and campus culture. If we want to give full play to the role of school-enterprise cooperation and promote the further development of higher vocational education， we need to effectively connect the two， so as to achieve the goal of conveying a large number of high-skilled talents for the society. Therefore， it is of great significance and practical value to promote the development of vocational education by connecting campus culture with enterprise culture. Starting from the promotion of the connection between the two for the development of vocational education， this paper makes a detailed analysis of the significance and value of the connection between campus culture and enterprise culture in vocational colleges. Keywords higher vocational college; campus culture; enterprise culture; docking 0 引言 職业院校作为培养具有专业技能人才的重要教育基地，在社会生产发展过程中占有非常重要的地位，为推进社会生产进步发挥着重要的作用。职业院校在人才培养的过程中最注重的是有关实践、技能、操作等与社会生产直接相关的技能培养，因此，如何最大限度的实现教育的技能化，成为职业院校发展过程中一直在深刻思考的问题。企业作为社会生产过程中重要的价值创造载体，成为社会各项科技发展的重要的代表。因此，将企业文化植入或者融合到职业院校校园文化中，来促进职业院校的发展具有非常现实的社会价值和实际意义。 职业院校校园文化与企业文化对接最早出现在德国，这是由于在专业技能人才培养过程中，德国职业院校发现单纯的校园文化不能全面促进学生的发展，如果将企业发展过程中的企业文化对接到校园文化中，对于学生而言可以更好的接触社会，接触真正意义上的职业教育，因此，积极的将职业院校的校园文化与企业文化进行对接，并且逐步形成了独特的模式和方法。相对于国外来说，我国在校园文化与企业文化对接的职业院校的发展模式起步较晚，因为，就校园文化单独的个体来说，直到上个世纪八十年代中期才在我国教育界出现，随着职业教育的发展以及社会对于职业院校人才的重新定义，使得职业院校校园文化和企业文化的对接逐渐形成规模。因此，研究职业院校校园文化与企业文化对接的意义和价值对于在我国特定教育体制以及社会人才评定标准的认识和研究具有非常重要的意义和作用。 1 职业院校校园文化与企业
