PAGE PAGE 55 学校代码： 11059 学 号： 0805070309 Hefei 毕业论文（设计） BACHELOR DISSERTATION 论文题目： 海水淡化控制设计 学位类别： 工 学 学 士 年级专业： 自 动 化 专 业 作者姓名： 导师姓名： 完成时间： 2012.5.22 海水淡化控制设计 摘要 海水淡化是实现水资源利用的开源增量技术，可以增加淡水总量，且不受时空和气候影响，水质好、价格渐趋合理，可以保障沿海居民饮用水和工业锅炉补水等稳定供水。 本文主要介绍了利用PLC控制海水反渗透淡化装置，实现海水的自动补给、沉淀、去污、多组过滤膜的加药清洗、淡水储备和排放等过程，并利用组态软件设计人机界面，对处理过程监测和控制。该设计是以西门子S7-200系列的PLC为核心来实现海水淡化的处理过程，包括自动 、手动两种运行模式。上位机采用了组态王软件完成监控界面的设计，以动画方式显示控制设备的状态，并实现参数设定、修改、显示等功能，并对系统出现的故障进行实时报警。下位机利用PLC编程实现过程控制。设计系统将硬件和软件结合，并通过调试运行验证，实现了海水淡化的基本功能要求。 关键词：海水淡化；反渗透；PLC；组态 Design of Seawater Desalination Control ABSTRACT Seawater desalination is an open source increment technology, it can increase the total amount of fresh water, and it isnt affected by time and space or weather. The water quality is also good, the price is reasonable, and it can keep stable water supply for coastal residents of drinking water and industrial boiler water. This paper mainly describes how to use PLC to control seawater reverse osmosis desalination device, and achieves the automatic supply of seawater, precipitation, decontamination, and also the cleaning, adding freshwater reserve and discharging process of the multiple groups of filter membrane, and the configuration software is used to design man-machine interface to achieve the process monitoring and control. The design is based on SIEMENS S7-200 series of PLC as the core to achieve seawater desalination process. Two operational modes in the control system are offered, auto and manual. In the design of this system, the upper computer mainly uses the Kingview software to complete monitoring interface design, and it can display control equipment condition in animation way.
