小学班主任学生操行评语的有效性的研究 段学康 (河西学院教师教育学院 甘肃张掖 734000) 摘要：操行评语往往以一个学期为时间周期，班主任以学生为对象，对这些对象展开涉 及各个方面的总体评价。对于学生的德育发展来说，其扮演着至关重要的角色，同时也体现 了班主任的教学与管理水平。但是传统的操行评语总是大同小异，缺乏创新，一方面学生对 此也比较疲倦，另一方面，也极大的限制了操评语在教育活动中所发挥的积极作用。鉴于此 原因。笔者一方面对操评语的概念进行解释，同时采用实物分析法从实例方面入手侧重评语 的目的、作用、写法等方面总结与分析，最终针对发现的问题提出科学有效的撰写策略和建 议。在阐述如何操行评语内涵的基础上，论述如何撰写一篇让班主任舒心，学生开心，家长 放心的科学有效操心评语。本课题旨在探讨操行评语在教育工作中的意义与作用让班主任充 分认识和利用这一教育手段，是教育评价工作上一新的台阶。 关键词：小学班主任；操行评语；学生评价 Abstract: Conduct evaluation is the class teacher to the student a semester in school since the morality, intelligence and physique, us, fatigue and so on various aspects the overall evaluation, it is necessary to undertake to the student thought moral education, but also embodies the teacher in charge of teaching and management level.
