团体箱庭疗法对大学生网络依赖 的干预作用 摘 要 本文通过网络依赖程度量表对盐城师范学院教科院大一学生进行测试后，选取 12 名分值在 50 分以上的中重度网络依赖学生，随机分成两组后，一组作为实验组，进行 为期一个半月、每周一次共 6 次的团体箱庭疗法，另一组作为对照组则不进行团体箱庭 疗法。在团体箱庭疗法结束后，对两组同学本人以及辅导员和舍友进行访谈了解他们在 团体箱庭后是否在网络的使用上发生变化。通过访谈可知，实验组同学在团体箱庭后， 手机电脑等网络设备使用较之前有减少，并且更加愿意与他人进行交流，而对照组同学 并没有明显变化，可以得到以下结论： （1）从调查数据来看，大学生网络依赖发生程度在中等水平，男性大学生的发生 率要高于女性大学生； （2）从实验结果来看，团体箱庭疗法对大学生网络依赖能够起积极的干预作用， 可以帮助降低大学生的网络依赖程度； （3）团体箱庭疗法可以帮助大学生团体进行发展课题的完成，对大学生的社会交 际能力起到指导作用。 【关键词】 大学生；网络依赖；团体箱庭疗法；干预作用 The Intervention Effect of Group Sandplay Therapy on College Students Network Dependence Abstract Based on the network dependence degree, after testing the UNESCOs Hospital freshmen in Yancheng teachers college, 12 groups with 50 or more moderate to severe network were randomly divided into two groups. one group was group sandplay therapy for one month and six times per week, and the other group was not group sandplay therapy. After the group sandplay therapy, the two groups of students again on the network dependence degree measurement, compared the scores before and after the scores reached the following conclusions: (1) College students network dependence incidence is in the middle level, the incidence of male college students is higher than female college students. (2) Group sandplay therapy can play a positive role in college students network dependence, which can help to reduce the degree of college students network dependence.
