摘要 变频技术不断发展，变频器得到了广泛的应用，本文论述了变频器调速系统应用的行业背景，对变频器的结构和原理进行了阐述，着重对电机的设计与保护进行了详细的概述，同时，结合对变频器的基本原理、结构、案例等，对变频调速电机驱动系统在实际使用中常见故障的原因进行了分析，着重对变频器一、二次侧设置主接触器、热继电器、电抗器等的必要性以及设置原则等控制主电路设计方案进行了讨论，提出了一种通用变频调速电机驱动系统控制电路设计方案，并对变频调速器的日常使用给出了建议。再着，变频器是电动机控制中非常重要的一部分，受到各单位的广泛关注。在变频器运行过程中，其安全性受诸多因素的影响，如何让变频控制系统稳定、可靠地运行具有重要意义。本文还探讨了变频器的各种保护功能及如何选择变频器，如果变频器长期在低频段运行时，电机异常发热，容易出现过电流保护，这是目前绝大多数变频器都存在的现象。 分析其原因后发现，进行合理的选择，设置适当的参数，就能够扩展低频段正常运行，同时变频器所有保护功能在电源或电机测短路、突然断电后重新上电，如何把电机及变频器在这种异常情况下最大限度保护好，让生产和设备的电路的冲击减到最低。也对人身安全起到一定的保护，本文在这里介绍一种电源控制保护电路，为相关工作者提供参考.实现了无级调速和良好的带负载能力。 关键词 变频调速驱动系统 电机控制 设计 保护 ABSTRACT This document discusses the application of frequency converter to adjust system industry background, explains the structure and principle of frequency converter, the design and protection of motor in detail, at the same time, combined with the basic principle and structure of the frequency converter, case, etc., of the frequency conversion motor drive system in actual use, the cause of the common faults are analyzed, setting of a transducer, secondary side main contactor, thermal relay, reactor and other control such as the necessity and the principles to design of main circuit are discussed, this paper proposes a general frequency conversion motor drive system control circuit design, and, frequency conversion governor, daily use Suggestions are given.
