Thesystemconsistsoftwoparts:amasterandslave.Thefunctionoftheslaveistocollectdata,processdataandtransfferthedatatothemaster.ThetaskofthemasteristoreceivedataanddisplayitbyLED.
ThesignalacquisitioniscompletedbysensorTGS813andA/DconverterTLC2543.ThewirelesstransmissionisachievedthroughwirelesstransceivernRF905.Sincetheaccuracyofthesensorisaffectedbytheenvironment,usingDS18B20toachievetemperaturecompensation.
AndwithwirelesscommunicationmoduleTC35iandGSMnetworkplatform,wecansendthealarminformationtouser’smobilepromptly.
Introduction
Gasdetectioniswidelyusedinpetroleum,chemical,metallurgy,family,shoppingmalls,gasstationsandotherplaces.Currently,howtomonitorthehazardousgasfastandaccuratelyaretheimportantissues.Althoughthegasdetectiontechnologyisrelativelymature,butmostproductshasmanyshortcomings,suchassinglefunction,operatingcomplex,bulky,expensiveandlowsensitivity.Wirelesscommunicationtechnologyappliedtothegasmonitoringfield,canresolvetheproblemofremotemonitoringinspecialenvironment,suchashightemperature,lowtemperature,toxicgas.andunabletowiring.
Inthepresentedwork,thecombustiblegasdetectorisfullyfunctional(withwirelesstransceiver),simple,smallsize,lowcost,andhashighsensitivity.Theequipmentcangreatlyimprovethesystemsdetectioncapabilityandaccuracywithtemperaturecompensationalgorithm,andalsocansendalarminformationtotheusersmobilephonepromptlythroughtheGSMnetwork.
