2023 年6 月下 Rural Revitalization 乡村振兴 119 乡村振兴背景下农村职业教育人才培养的困境与定位* 蔡　思 （武汉城市职业学院，湖北武汉 430070 ） 摘　要：乡村振兴离不开农村人才的支撑，而农村人才的培养离不开职业教育。基于此，笔者阐述了乡村振兴与职业教育的 关系，研究了农村职业教育人才培养面临的传统思想阻碍、城镇化趋势明显、脱离区域特色产业、素质化教育程度弱等困境， 并以此分析了农村职业教育人才培养的定位，农村职业教育应当起到鼓励和吸引人才回乡创业就业、促进乡村劳动力升级、 促进城乡融合发展、促进乡村特色产业建设以及促进乡风文明形成的作用，以更好地让职业教育服务于乡村振兴，培育更多 高素质的新型职业农民，为乡村振兴提供源源不断的动力。 关键词：乡村振兴；农村职业教育；人才培养定位 中图分类号：F323 ；G719.2 文献标志码：A DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.1672-3872.2023.12.033 The Dilemma and Orientation of Rural Vocational Education in the Background of * Rural Revitalization Cai Si (Wuhan City Vocational College, Hubei Wuhan 430070) Abstract: Rural revitalization cannot do without the support of rural talents, and the cultivation of rural talents cannot do without vocational education. Based on this, the author elaborated on the relationship between rural revitalization and vocational education, and studied the difficulties faced by rural vocational education talent cultivation, such as obstacles from traditional thinking, obvious urbanization trend, detachment from regional characteristic industries, and weak quality education level. Based on this, the author analyzed the positioning of rural vocational education talent cultivation. Rural vocational education should play a role in encouraging and attracting talents to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment, promoting the upgrading of rural labor force, promoting urban-rural integration and development, promoting the construction of rural characteristic industries, and promoting the formation of rural civilization, in order to better serve rural revitalization,
