The answer is we have developed a simple approach that all hotels can use, by summarizing many related energy saving measures spread around within us. 答案是，通过总结身边相关节能措施，已概括出能够合用于所有酒店的简单方法， Below find simple ideas that any Hotel can use to challenge itself on how to reduce energy cost. 以下简单理念，适合所有酒店应对如何降低能源费用这一挑战。 PROCESS 流程 1. GM and HODs review and cascade different initiatives to different team members. 总经理和部门经理审查，就不同的部门给出不同的实施措施 2. Team members discuss, understand the initiatives and takes appropriate action. 部门成员相互讨论，理解这些措施并采取相应行动。 3. If any initiatives below are not appropriate to particular hotel then it should be discus and agreed by executives with valid comments in remarks column 如果以下任何措施不适合个别酒店，那末管理层应讨论并提出一致的措施，在备注栏中给出合理意见。 4.
