Step 1. review 
1.Present a diary to the students, ask them to fill in the blanks. 
Tomorrow is Saturday. My family are all free. My parents do not need to work in their

Write ‘neighbour’ on the blackboard. 
2.T: Mr. Lin is my neighbour. He’s a waiter in a big restaurant. Miss Huang lives 
above me. She’s a teacher. 
Write ‘waiter’ on the blackboard. 
Step 3. Practice 
1. Ask the students to finish exercise A.
