摘 要 我所学习的专业是机械工程及自动化，数字化模具方向。这次的毕业设计题目为电脑机箱盖的注塑模设计。该设计是结合大学所学的专业知识和CAD、PRO/e软件所得出的一套注塑模。 本文首先简要概述了注塑模在社会领域中的作用及其以后的发展方向，点明模具设计的重要意义。并对所用软件进行了简单的介绍。然后根据塑件的尺寸、材料、性能进行了工艺分析，确定型腔数量和布局、注射机选择、流道的设计、模板及其标准件的选用、冷却系统、成型部件的设计以及侧抽芯机构的应用，并有详细的计算过程。在设计中，最重要的就是设计方案的确定以及零部件的设计，这些设计的正确与否直接关系到成本的高低和设计模具能否正常工作。在设计的最后，总结了自己的心得和体会，并对我的指导教师表示感谢。 为了我的设计更加简明易懂，在设计中，使用了几张零件图来说明我的设计意图，安插在设计说明书中。最后画出总装配图一张和主要工作零部件零件图若干张。 通过本次毕业设计使我不仅掌握了塑料模具设计的一般流程，更学习到了好多课本上没有学习到的只是，使我受益匪浅。 关键词：注塑模 cad、pro/e 侧抽芯 ABSTRACT This author is major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Digital Mold Direction. The subject of the graduation design project is the Injection Mold Design of the Computer Chassis Cover, and this design is the result to achieve which the author applied the knowledge learnt from college, CAD and PRO/e software. The article begins with a brief overview of the role of the injection mold in the social realm and the direction of its future development, and then the author points out the significance of the mold design. The author also provides an simple introduction to the software he used in the design. Based on a process analysis of the size, materials and performance of the plastic parts with a detailed calculation process, the author decides the cavity volume and layout, injection molding machine selection, channel design, templates and the selection of standard parts, cooling system, the design of molded parts and the side core pulling mechanism application. The most crucial part of this project is to pin down the project proposal and the design of the parts which are directly related to the level of cost and the functioning of the mold. Last but not least, the author summarizes his idea and experience, and expresses his gratitude to the instructor. In order to make the design more straight forward and easy to get, the author puts a few part drawings in the design instruction to illustrate his intent.
