Teaching Key Points: 1. Vocabulary related to natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, hurricane, flood, wildfire). 2. Expressions for reporting natural disasters (e.g. A strong earthquake hit the city yesterday.). 3. Importance of being prepared for natural disasters. Teaching Methods: 1. Interactive teaching (e.g. group discussions, role-plays). 2. Visual aids (e.g. pictures, videos). 3. Direct instruction. Materials Needed: 1. Pictures or videos of natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, hurricane, flood). 2. Flashcards with vocabulary related to natural disasters. 3. Worksheets for students to practice reporting natural disasters in English. Teaching Procedure: 1. Warm-up (5 minutes) Begin the class by asking students if they have ever experienced a natural disaster or heard about someone who has. Write their responses on the board and discuss them as a class. Introduce the topic of todays lesson by explaining that we will be learning how to report natural disasters in English. 2. Presentation (10 minutes) Show pictures or videos of different natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, hurricane, flood). Explain the importance of being prepared for natural disasters and how reporting them can help people affected by them receive necessary assistance. Ask students listen to the news report and complete the activity 2 and activity 3 in the textbook. 3. Practice (15 minutes) Divide the class into groups of four or five students each. Assign each group one picture or video of a natural disaster and ask them to discuss it in English,
