西安工业大学北方信息工程学院毕业设计（论文） 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：工业缝纫机压脚结构 电控系统改良 PAGE PAGE IV PAGE PAGE I 压脚结构电控系统的设计 摘 要 压脚结构是工业缝纫机的重要组成部分之一，它的工作状况直接影响着工业缝纫机的正常工作。在普通的工业缝纫机工作中，每次输送布料时都需要根据布料的高低程度手动的调节压脚结构，这种手动方式大大消耗了人力物力，更重要造成了时间的浪费。随着科技的发展，工业自动化慢慢渗入制造行业，电动系统控制的出现大大解决了这一缺点，工业缝纫机压脚结构电控系统的改良可以说是对压脚结构的完美解决。 本文在对国内外工业缝纫机压脚结构现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上，设计一种压脚结构电控系统。压脚结构电控系统是由电磁铁、轴、连接曲柄和控制系统组成。工业缝纫机压脚结构电控系统的应用将大大节约了流水线中每次更换布料所用的时间，提高了产品效率，曾加了缝纫机的使用寿命。 本文简单介绍了工业缝纫机压脚结构改良的原理和结构，对加工工艺也作了简单的说明，依据电磁铁的运行原理，运用力学理论对工业缝纫机压脚结构进行了全面的力学分析。 关键词：工业缝纫机；电控系统；压脚结构 Design of the Pressure Foot Structures Electric Control System Abstract The pressure foot structure is an important part of industrial sewing machine whose working conditions directly affect the normal operation of industrial sewing machine. In the industrial sewing machine working, each conveying and distributing all need to manually adjust the degree of the cloth presser foot structure. This manual operation greatly cost manpower and material resources, more important, resulting in time wasting. With the development of science and technology, industrial automation slowly into the manufacturing industry, the electric control system has greatly solves the disadvantages. Improvement of pressure control system of industrial sewing machine foot structure can be said to be the perfect solution for pressure foot structure. Based on the domestic industrial sewing machine presser foot structure of current situation and development trend of a full investigation on the basis of the design, a pressure foot structure control system.Presser foot structure of control system is composed of an electromagnet, shaft, connecting the crank and a control system. Application of pressure control system of industrial sewing machine foot structure will greatly reduce the time of replacing the cloth on line , improve the product efficiency, increasing the service life of the sewing machine.
