PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 随着社会结构体制的调整，社会经济的不断转变，职场竞争变得更加激烈，人们在工作中普遍感觉到压力越来越大，部分人是因为工作业务繁忙，感觉身心疲惫，但也有一部分人表现出一种“橡皮人”的症状，这种人工作效率低，不喜欢接受其它新鲜事物，他们也很难在工作中找到完成工作后的成就感，对于工作后的赞扬与批评往往表现出无所谓的精神状态。基层公务员作为公务员序列的最底层，直接服务于人民群众，他们是人民政府的形象代言人，其能力的高低、职业素养、精神状态直接代表着人民政府的光辉形象。但是在工作内容方面，基层工作者往往任务繁重、工作压力较大、收入水平较低，在这样的环境背景之下，很容易让基层公务员产生职业怠倦的现象，容易在心理层面产生一些负面情绪。面对这一现状，本文将对当前基层公务员的职业疲劳问题展开调查研究，并采用调研走访等多种形式掌握了当下基层公务员的基本情况，以盐城市射阳县公务员的基本状况为例，经过研究分析将找出产生企业员工的影响原因，为此我们将提供一些有效处理当前基层公务员职业疲劳问题的指导意见和措施，对提升行政有关机关的管理水平，树立全国一流服务性政府部门形象，保障地方经济社会良好发展等方面都有着意义。 关键词：基层公务员 职业倦怠问题 影响因素 PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE 1 Abstract With the adjustment of the social structure and system and the continuous transformation of the social economy, the competition in the workplace has become more intense, and people generally feel more and more pressure at work.
