第PAGE II页 第PAGE I页 摘 要 人口老龄化已经成为我国一个极为严峻的社会问题，十九大报告中明确指出，发展文化养老，就是坚定文化自信，发展文化养老事业迫不及待，以老年群体的文化自信影响下一代的文化自信，从老年群体需求角度出发，发展老年事业，从文化养老角度满足老年群体需求，实现老有所为、老有所学、老有所乐。 文章对成都市锦绣社区文化养老的现状采取问卷调查法，从社区内的公共服务、活动开展以及老年群体自身的因素进行调查设计，对发现锦绣社区在文化养老存在的问题进行总结如下：公共文化活动空间有限，供需不匹配、文化娱乐活动内容单一，缺乏多样性、文化养老重物质轻精神，宣传不到位、文化养老服务人才紧缺，专业性不强、文化养老配套政策不全，资源显失衡。针对以上问题提出了以下对策：多元主体参与，共建文化养老服务体系、精准对接需求，打造智慧养老服务平台、创新宣传方式，激发老年群体自主意识、培育专业人才，提升文化养老服务质量、资金来源多样，完善文化养老政策规范。以此提升服务质量，发挥老年群体参与文化养老活动的积极性。 关键词：文化养老 社区治理 多元主体 智慧养老 Abstract Population aging has become an extremely serious social problem in China, the report of the Nineteenth National Congress clearly pointed out that the development of cultural pension, is to strengthen cultural self-confidence, the development of cultural pension undertakings cannot wait, to the cultural self-confidence of the elderly group to affect the cultural self-confidence of the next generation of cultural self-confidence, from the perspective of the needs of the elderly group, the development of the elderly cause, from the perspective of cultural pension to meet the needs of the elderly group, realize that the old have something to do, the old have something to learn, and the old have fun.
