养老休闲旅游产业开发研究 摘要 当前我国正处于人口快速老龄化的发展阶段，随着经济社会的发展、城乡一体化进程的加快、乡村休闲产业的不断成熟、老年人消费观念的转变和养老需求的日益多样化，以度假、休闲、追求更舒适的生活为目的的养老休闲旅游现象在近几年发展较快。城市老年人养老休闲旅游，一方面不仅有利于充分利用乡村独特的自然、人文资源以及季节性空闲的乡村设施资源，还可缓解城市养老压力、让老年人身心愉悦；另一方面，也将推动乡村社区的环境整改及其基础设施设备的改造升级，有利于统筹城乡发展、促进新农村社会的建设，并带动乡村经济的发展。鉴于此，通过对南京市城市老年人养老休闲旅游意愿及影响因素的研究，了解潜在老年市场对养老休闲旅游的观点和看法，并了解养老休闲旅游意愿的影响因素及其偏好，对预测养老休闲旅游产业的发展前景有重要作用。 关键词：养老休闲旅游；产业开发；养老需求 Study on the development of elderly leisure tourism industry Abstract Current our country is in a rapid population aging stage of development, with the development of economic society, the speeding up of urban-rural integration, rural leisure industry matures, the elderly consumption idea transformation and pension demand increasingly diverse, as a vacation, leisure, the pursuit of a more comfortable life for the purpose of pension leisure tourism phenomenon developed rapidly in recent years. On the one hand, leisure tourism for the aged in urban areas is not only conducive to making full use of the unique natural and cultural resources in rural areas as well as the seasonal idle rural facilities, but also can relieve the pressure of providing for the aged in urban areas and make the elderly feel happy. On the other hand, it will also promote the environmental rectification of rural communities and the transformation and upgrading of basic facilities and equipment, which is conducive to the overall urban and rural development, promote the construction of a new rural society, and drive the development of rural economy. In view of this, through the research on the pension leisure tourism willingness and influencing factors of the elderly in nanjing, it is important to understand the views and opinions of the potential elderly market on pension leisure tourism, and to understand the influencing factors and preferences of pension leisure tourism willingness, so as to predict the development prospect of the pension leisure tourism industry.
