额济纳旗电子政务建设现状及存在问题研究.docx

英文摘要 中文摘要 摘要 中国政务信息化从办公自动化到政务信息化的一路走来，电子政务平台一直在逐步完善，但由于电子政务部门之间业务信息的信息不相通性，全国各地在建立电子政务平台之初都是采用独立的模式板块建立起来的。社保、公积金等各个部门的户籍信息资源都处于分散状态，电子政务建设部门往往是根据本部门的业务需求而自成一体，每个部门都有自己的建设方式，勉强把信息汇总，导致了电子政务建设信息共享效率低，各个部门之间电子政务业务协同困难，影响了政府的办公效率。内蒙古自治区推出“蒙速服务”APP，这是自治区、盟市、旗县共建共享的全区网上政务综合服务平台移动端。将各地各部门原有的各类“掌上办”应用程序进行了集成整合，为广大群众和企业办事提供“一站式”、“掌上办”的在线政务服务有效地推动了全区电子政务的发展。额济纳旗积极响应大力开展了针对蒙速办APP的探索式推动,在总结建设过去的经验教训的同时,为人民服务，贴合人民的需求不断探索完善。 本文主要研究了额济纳旗电子政务的建设发展，其中蒙速办APP经过实践和不断完善，管理运作日渐成熟，蒙速办APP内容不断丰富，功能不断增强，成为我旗政府向社会提供信息服务和办事服务的综合性窗口，但同时蒙速办APP还存在些许问题，需要我们探索给出相应措施。 关键词：电子政务；蒙速办APP；掌上办 Abstract Since Chinas office informatization to government affairs informatization, the e-government platform has been gradually improved, but it is difficult to coordinate information business between e-government departments.
