摘 要
在社会快速发展的今天,员工满意度己成为企业生存和发展的重要影响因素,而中小企业因其特性,在员工满意度管理方面明显存在不足。中小企业需要聚焦员工满意度管理,提升员工的工作效率。本文通过对前学者研究成果的学习,归纳提出了员工满意度测量模型,并结合正处于转型阶段的广州美丽达公司实际情况,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、比较分析法和统计分析法等,对广州美丽达公司员工满意度现状和问题进行剖析,从企业和员工自身两方面进行原因分析,并在此基础上从绩效评估、薪酬福利、人为资源实践工作以及管理模式等方面提出可参考的员工满意度提升策略。通过此次研究,旨在为广州美丽达公司提升员工满意度提供参考指施,以适应社会市场的竞争,帮助广州美丽达公司脱离现有困境,实现企业和员工的共赢;并为当前中小企业在改善员工满意度管理方面提供一些的参考。

Investigation on satisfaction of employees in Guangzhou MERIDA
Abstract
In the current rapid development of society, employee satisfaction has become the enterprise survival and development of the important influencing factors, and small and medium-sized enterprises because of its features, obvious shortcomings in terms of employee satisfaction management. Small and medium-sized enterprises need to focus on employee satisfaction management and improve their working efficiency. Study based on the research results of former scholars, employee satisfaction measurement model is put forward, and is in a transition phase of the guangzhou beauty company actual situation, using literature study, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis and statistical analysis, etc., the status and problems of guangzhou beauty company employee satisfaction are analyzed, and an analysis of the causes from two aspects of enterprises and their employees, and on this basis from performance evaluation, salary, benefits, human resource practice work and management mode, etc may refer to employee satisfaction strategy is put forward. Through this research, aims to provide a reference for guangzhou beauty company improve employee satisfaction refers to, to adapt to the social market competition, guangzhou beauty company help from the existing predicament, realize the win-win of enterprises and employees; And provide some reference for the current small and medium enterprises to improve employee satisfaction management.
