PAGE III PAGE 高校安全管理制度下门禁系统实施现状及对策研究 —以云南师范大学为例 摘要：目前高校安全值得关注的几个方面是大学校园安全虽得到高度重视并采取了诸多有效措施，但仍有不少安全事件时有发生，一些安全问题需要长期关注和不懈努力。大学校园是一个人群集聚的场所，其安全问题显得尤为重要，一旦发生安全事故将会严重影响学校正常的教学、科研和生活秩序。因此，加强大学生安全教育与校园安全管理，采取切实有效的高校门禁管理措施既方便了校内人员的进出限制了校外人员的随意出入又保护大学生的安全和权益，确保其身心健康和全面发展，具有十分重要的意义。笔者通过对身处于呈贡大学城的云南师范大学校园安全管理制度中有无门禁系统的前后比较，基于校园安全的管理办法上对校园安全进行分析，一方面填补了校园门禁安全管理系统的研究空白，另一方面为呈贡大学城校园安全防范工作提出了新的设想，从问题根源进行讨论对校园安全的防范具有很大的研究意义和研究价值。 关键词：高校安全管理制度；门禁系统；实施现状；对策  Abstract: at present the safety concern is several aspects of the university campus safety was attaches great importance to and taken many effective measures, but there are a lot of security events are occurring, some safety problems need attention and make unremitting efforts for a long time.University campus is a place where crowds gather, and its security issues are particularly important. Once a safety accident occurs, it will seriously affect the normal teaching, scientific research and life order of the school., therefore, to strengthen college students safety education and campus safety management, take effective measures of university entrance guard management convenient the school personnel in and out of the limit of outside school personnel random access and protect the safety and rights and interests of college students, to ensure the physical and mental health and all-round development, has the very vital significance.The author through to the body in the chenggong campus of yunnan normal university of the university city of safety management system in the presence of entrance guard system before and after the comparison, based on the campus security measures for the management of campus safety is analyzed, on the one hand, fill the blank in the research of campus entrance guard and safety management system, on the other hand for chenggong university campus security work put forward new ideas, from the root causes are discussed for the campus security guard has great research significance and research value.
