Q235 钢筋母材冷作硬化试验研究 摘要 本文研究了 Q235 钢筋母材的冷作硬化试验，采用了金相显微镜和拉伸试验等方法对 Q235 钢筋母材进行了分析、测试。通过试验发现， Q235 钢筋母材的冷作硬化现象明显，随着冷变形量的增加，钢筋的抗拉强度和屈服强度都有不同程度的提高，但伸长率却出现了下降趋势。因此，在实际生产中，需要根据实际需要，合理控制冷变形量，以降低钢筋的脆性损伤。 关键词：Q235 钢筋；冷作硬化；金相显微镜；拉伸试验 Abstract This paper studies the cold work hardening test of Q235 rebar raw material, and analyzes and tests Q235 rebar raw material by using metallographic microscope and tensile test method.
