哈药集团物流配送路径优化研究 摘要 物流配送路径优化问题一直是国内外学者普遍探索的重要课题。传统的物流配送难以满足实效性要求，本文主要解决物流配送路径优化问题。本文的研究就是围绕物流配送路径优化问题展开的，指出了路径优化方面存在的问题，提出本文所要解决问题方案。医药产品配送呈现小批量、多频次、及时性等特点，配送路径更加复杂。本文立足于对物流配送路径优化问题的研究，指出该问题属于典型的VRPTW问题，结合时间窗约束和配送车辆容量限制约束构造了时间惩罚函数和容量限制惩罚函数，建立了该问题的数学模型。分析了遗传算法的重要控制参数，描述遗传算法的基本步骤和基本操作流程，通过引入刘海交叉法，构造了一种具有较强全局搜索能力的引申刘海交叉法，改进了原有的标准遗传算法，利用MATLAB编制了相应的计算程序，实现问题的迅速求解。结合哈药集团的物流配送业务，用实例验证了改进遗传算法在求解此类问题时的可行性及优越性，验证了该计算程序的准确性及通用性。 关键词：哈药集团；配送路径；物流管理；供应链管理 Abstract The problem of logistics distribution path optimization has always been an important topic for scholars at home and abroad. Traditional logistics distribution is difficult to meet the actual effect requirement, this paper mainly solves the problem of logistics distribution route optimization. This paper focuses on the optimization of logistics distribution route, points out the problems in path optimization, and puts forward the solution to the problem. The distribution of pharmaceutical products is more complicated due to the characteristics of small quantity, frequency and timeliness. Based on the research of logistics distribution route optimization, this paper points out that this problem belongs to the typical VRPTW problem, constructs the time penalty function and the capacity restriction penalty function combining with the time window constraint and the distribution vehicle capacity restriction constraint, and establishes the mathematical model of the problem. The important control parameters of genetic algorithm are analyzed, this paper describes the basic steps and basic operation flow of genetic algorithm, by introducing the fringe intersection method, constructs a extended fringe crossover method with strong global search ability, improves the original standard genetic algorithm, and uses MATLAB to compile the corresponding calculation program to realize the quick solution of the problem.
