PAGE 7 摘要：21世纪，我国电子商务正处于高速发展阶段，仅2009年我国电子商务交易额就达3.8万亿，2010年我国电子商务成交额突破了4.5万亿，从事电子商务的企业达到了2.5万家。但值得关注的是在电子商务行业高速发展的背后，呈现出来的是电子商务人才的缺失，有专家预测，未来10年我国电子商务人才缺口将达200多万。目前我国有近千所高校开设了电子商务专业，但这些电子商务毕业生普遍无法直接上岗，就业率仅20%，远低于其他专业84%的就业率。伴随绝大多数电子商务专业毕业生毕业后转投其他行业，造成市场需求和人才缺口同比上升。一方面是企业急需具备综合能力的电子商务人才，另一面大量电子商务专业毕业生不能如期就业转投其他行业，这是国内就业形势和人才市场的一大尴尬。 关键词：电子商务；招聘；人才需求；就业率 Abstract：In the 21st century, Chinas e-commerce is in rapid development stage, in 2009 Chinas e-commerce transactions in 3.8 trillion alone, Chinas e-commerce sales broke through 4.5 trillion, 2010, is engaged in the electronic commerce enterprises reached 2.5.
