基于产业链治理的集群国际竞争力提升研究——以浙江若干典型产业集群为例的中期报告 摘要： 产业集群是指在一定地区内，集中分布、相互关联的同一种或几种产业活动所形成的密集的供应、生产和配套体系。在当前全球经济一体化的趋势下，产业集群已经成为各国提高竞争力的重要手段之一。本文选取了浙江省内的一些典型产业集群为研究对象，重点分析了产业链治理对于集群国际竞争力提升所起到的作用，系统梳理了产业链治理的相关理论，并结合实际案例对其进行了深入探讨。 本文的主要结论包括：(1) 产业链治理是提高产业集群竞争力的重要手段，它能够优化产业布局、调整资源配置、提高企业效益，从而实现集群的快速发展；(2) 产业链治理需要依托政府、企业、社会组织等多方合力，采用多种手段，包括政策引导、资源整合、技术支持、市场营销等；(3) 产业链治理需要与集群发展阶段相适应，遵循市场规律，不断更新机制、调整策略，以保持集群国际竞争力的持续提升。 本文的研究成果有助于进一步提高产业链治理的实践效果，促进产业集群国际竞争力的提升，为我国产业发展和经济增长做出贡献。 关键词：产业集群；产业链治理；国际竞争力；浙江省 Abstract: Industrial cluster refers to a dense supply, production and supporting system formed by the concentration and interrelation of the same or several industrial activities in a certain area. In the current trend of global economic integration, industrial cluster has become one of the important means for countries to improve their competitiveness. This paper selects some typical industrial clusters in Zhejiang province as the research objects, and focuses on the role of industrial chain governance in improving the international competitiveness of clusters. The relevant theories of industrial chain governance are systematically sorted out, and in-depth discussions are conducted in combination with practical cases. The main conclusions of this paper include: (1) Industrial chain governance is an important means to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters. It can optimize the industrial layout, adjust resource allocation, and improve enterprise efficiency, so as to achieve the rapid development of the cluster; (2) Industrial chain governance needs to rely on multi-party forces such as government, enterprises, and social organizations, and adopt various means, including policy guidance, resource integration, technical support, and market marketing; (3) Industrial chain governance needs to be adapted to the development stage of the cluster, follow market rules, constantly update mechanisms and adjust strategies, in order to maintain the sustained improvement of the internat
