论人本管理思想在乐康商贸有限公司管理中的应用 摘 要 随着技术的进步，经济全球化、世界一体化的格局不断加剧，企业面临的竞争环境日趋激烈。与技术和资本等其他因素相比，人力资源是企业发展最关键的影响因素。人力资源管理的核心是人，人是企业最核心、最具创造力的资源，企业要发展成长，人是第一生产力，同时人力资源又是难以复制、难以模仿的，在组织中具有其独特性，只有充分运用好人力资源、管理和调配好人力资源，才能保障企业战略目标的实现，才能促使企业不断发展进步。在这种背景下人的地位将进一步提高，人本管理理论与实践成为大势所趋，人本思想下的人力资源管理的研究有非常重要的意义。本文首先阐述人本管理的内涵、特征、主要内容、意义等相关理论知识；接着以重庆乐康制冷商贸有限公司为例，通过分析公司人本管理运用的现状，指出其存在的问题；最后提出人本管理在企业中运用的完善对策和建议。 关键词：人本管理；人力资源；企业管理  On the application of humanistic management in the management of Le Kang Trading Co.
