浅谈中小企业财务管理存在的问题及其对策 ——以浙江乍浦实业股份有限公司为例 摘 要 在企业财务管理里面有一项非常重要的内容就是营运资金，在企业资金里面是流动最强的，组成部分也最有活力。现在企业发展的好与不好，主要是看企业的营运资金的管理，是企业资金周转的基础。企业的生存发展也是依靠它，如果一个企业发展的很好，那么它的资金营运肯定是很好的，所以说在企业里面的营运资金占有的位置是非常重要的，企业里面目标想要实现和这个的关系也是非常大的，所以在这里研究营运资金，也是非常有意义的。本文以浙江乍浦实业股份有限公司为研究对象，以现代企业理论及财务管理理论为指导，结合我国目前现状， 关键词：营运资金；资金周转；企业管理在研究的时候使用的方法是定性和定量这两种方法结合，对现在浙江乍浦实业股份公司的资金营运进行分析，对管理过程中存在的问题进行分析，然后对这个有限公司里面的问题提出一些改进措施。 ABSTRACT Working capital is an important part of enterprise financial management, and is the most powerful and the most dynamic part of the enterprise funds. The survival and development of an enterprise depends to a large extent on the management and operation of working capital. Working capital turnover is the foundation of enterprise capital turnover; the management of working capital is the foundation of enterprise survival and development. An enterprise to maintain normal operation must have the right amount of working capital, working capital for the production and marketing activities in the enterprise in an important position, have a significant impact on corporate profits to achieve the goal, we should strengthen the research of working capital management.
