PAGE PAGE II 哈尔滨体育学院2016届本科生 毕业论文（设计） 论文（设计）题目： 对羽毛球步伐教学方法的研究 学生姓名： 王 晓 所在班级： 运动训练系2012级6班 所学专业： 运动训练 指导教师： 刘 春 华 对羽毛球步伐教学方法的研究 摘要：随着全民健身运动的开展，全国内都掀起了一股运动风，除了跑步、跳操、跳绳之外，羽毛球可以说是最受人们欢迎的一项运动了。羽毛球不仅可以健身，还有一定的竞技性和趣味性，是一项老少咸宜的运动。尤其是在我国羽毛球运动健儿在国际比赛中取得好成绩之后，越来越多的人开始加入到打羽毛球的行列中来，特别是学校里的年轻朋友们。 但是，不论是社会上的人群还是高校的学生，对羽毛球的热爱还基本上都停留在业余层面，大家打羽毛球的时候，更多的是随意的发球挥拍，没有专门学习打羽毛球的技巧，导致受伤的情况比较常见，本文将主要讲述羽毛球运动的基本步法技巧，希望能有利于高校学生羽毛球技术水平的提高。 关键词：羽毛球；步伐；训练 Abstract：The badminton, as the traditional advantage event in our country, has been maintained the leading level in the world. With the level of competitive badminton is raising in China, it promotes the development of the badminton in the university. More and more people with different ages become fond of badminton. Today, the development of the badminton is booming in the university, being fashionable and sweeping all the universities in China. At the same time, badminton is one of the hot topics to discuss among the college students. This research will give a help to improve the ability of movement and footwork technique, enhance the competitive level, to prevent the injures caused by fault and to improve the physical fitness of the students. So we can let them know more about badminton and be aware of their own deficiencies in the badminton knowledge, in order to improve the competitive level of badminton.
