Ourbodiesneedregularnourishmenttostayhealthyandstrong.Thisisespeciallyimportantintheteenageyears,whenyourbodyisgrowinganddeveloping.Ahealthydietshouldincludeallthethingsyouneedtodevelopnormally—proteins,carbohydrates(糖类),fats,mineralsandvitamins.Cuttingoutthingsyoumightseeasfattening—suchascarbohydratesandfats—canstopyourbodyfromdevelopingnormally.

Therearesomesimpleruleswhichcanhelpyoustayhealthy.Theysoundquiteeasybutmightbemoredifficulttoputintopractice.Youcanaskyourfamilyandfriendstohelpyousticktotheserulesanditmightevenhelpthemtobeabitmorehealthy!

Eatregularmeals—breakfast,lunchanddinner.Includecarbohydratefoodssuchasbread,potatoes,riceorpastawitheverymeal.

Eatatroughlythesametimeeachday.Longgapsbetweenmealscanmakeyousohungrythat,whenyoudoeventuallyeat,youeatfarmorethanyouneed.
