基于方欣ICAP服务的WIKI文档管理系统

摘要：长久以来，企业经营过程中，必然产生数量庞大且富有知识价值的企业文档，这些企业文档是企业生产、技术、经营等活动的记录，同时这些文档将作为企业发展的无形资产，若让企业员工有效充分地利用这些文档，将有利于促进企业的发展。信息是作为企业发展的重要要素，对这些信息进行有效管理将是一个企业必须要做的重要任务，而构建企业自身的知识库，正是对这些信息进行有效管理的有效手段。

为了构建一个企业自身的知识库，故提出开发“WIKI文档管理系统”。对数量庞大的知识文档进行收集并整理，加强对企业知识文档的管理，提高这些知识文档的共享性，使这些知识文档得以在企业员工中互相浏览、互相交流，而发布知识文档的员工可不断地对知识文档进行更新、完善，将知识不断地延续，从而形成企业自身的知识库。

分析到WIKI文档管理系统在企业供员工使用，主要采用B/S的开发模式，后台基于本公司自行封装的ICAP服务作为后台的主要开发框架，主要封装了Springboot，前端集成了LayUI、vue、bootstrap等框架。另外，还使用基于Java的持久层框架MyBatis，而数据库使用MYSQL。

WIKI文档管理系统的实现提供一个平台进行知识管理，对企业的知识文档进行统一管理，使得分散、凌乱的企业文档变得有序。在知识库中，知识文档具有公开性，可供企业其它员工浏览，员工们可根据自身需求搜索并快速浏览自己想要查看的知识文档，从而提升员工个人的办公效率，对公司的发展具有重要意义。
