摘要：

随着我国经济的快速发展、民族文化的日益重视，在高校民族传统体育专业的教学和研究方面也越来越受到关注。本研究旨在探究我国高校民族传统体育专业的可持续发展问题。

通过文献调研和实地考察，本文剖析了高校民族传统体育专业的现状和存在的问题，主要包括课程设置不合理、师资力量不足、实践教学条件不足等。

为了保障高校民族传统体育专业的可持续发展，本文提出了以下建议：优化课程体系、提高师资力量、加强实践教学、建立民族传统体育文化资源库、加强区域间、院校间的协作交流等。

本文旨在为高校民族传统体育专业的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

WiththerapiddevelopmentoftheChineseeconomyandtheincreasingemphasisonnationalculture,theteachingandresearchoftraditionalsportsofethnicgroupsinuniversitieshavebeenattractingmoreandmoreattention.ThisstudyaimstoexploretheissuesofsustainabledevelopmentforthetraditionalsportsofethnicgroupsinChineseuniversities.

Throughliteraturereviewandfieldinvestigation,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofthetraditionalsportsprogramsinChineseuniversities,includingissueswithcurriculumdesign,shortageofqualifiedteachers,andinsufficientconditionsforpracticalteaching.

InordertoensurethesustainabledevelopmentoftraditionalsportsprogramsinChineseuniversities,thispaperproposesthefollowingsuggestions:optimizethecurriculumsystem,improvethequalityofteachers,strengthenpracticalteaching,establishadatabaseoftraditionalsportscultureresourcesofethnicgroups,andstrengthencooperationandcommunicationbetweendifferentregionsanduniversities.

ThispaperaimstoprovidereferenceforthesustainabledevelopmentoftraditionalsportsprogramsinChineseuniversities.
