摘要

随着经济全球化进程的加快,中国加入WTO,中美国际贸易竞争日趋激烈。国际业务出现了前所未有的增长,两国之间的谈判也有所增加,跨文化商务谈判发挥着越来越重要的作用。跨文化商务谈判是一种谈判行为,在谈判中谈判者拥有不同的文化背景、思维方式、审美方式、价值观和时间观,其在世界经济中有着越来越重要的地位。本论文从中美文化差异入手,通过文献分析法和对比研究法分析中美文化差异对商务谈判的影响。结合语言与表达方式、价值观念、思维模式几方面,对中美文化差异进行综合评估,进而分析中美文化差异对商务谈判的影响,提出减少双方商务谈判冲突的解决思路。从而增加在跨文化商务谈判领域可借鉴的理论依据,进一步丰富跨文化商务谈判影响因素的理论研究内容。

ABSTRACT

WiththeaccelerationoftheprocessofeconomicglobalizationandChinasentryintoWTO,theinternationaltradecompetitionbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStatesisbecomingincreasinglyfierce.Internationalbusinesshasexperiencedunprecedentedgrowth,andnegotiationsbetweenthetwocountrieshavealsoincreased.Crossculturalbusinessnegotiationsareplayinganincreasinglyimportantrole.Crossculturalbusinessnegotiationisanegotiationbehaviorinwhichnegotiatorshavedifferentculturalbackgrounds,waysofthinking,aestheticstyles,values,andtimeperspectives.Itplaysanincreasinglyimportantroleintheworldeconomy.ThispaperstartswiththeculturaldifferencesbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStates,andanalyzestheimpactofculturaldifferencesbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStatesonbusinessnegotiationsthroughliteratureanalysisandcomparativeresearchmethods.Bycombininglanguageandexpression,values,andthinkingpatterns,acomprehensiveevaluationofculturaldifferencesbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStatesisconducted,andtheimpactofculturaldifferencesbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStatesonbusinessnegotiationsisanalyzed.Solutionstoreduceconflictsinbusinessnegotiationsbetweenthetwopartiesareproposed.Soastoincreasethetheoreticalbasisthatcanbeusedforreferenceinthefieldofcross-culturalbusinessnegotiations,andfurtherenrichingthetheoreticalresearchcontentoftheinfluencingfactorsofcross-culturalbusinessnegotiations.
