摘要：随着国内丙烯需求量的日益增加，新建的丙烷脱氢装置也越来越多，UOP  Oleflex工艺作为目前国际上丙烷脱

氢（PDH）制丙烯的主流工艺之一，被国内多家公司采用。脱氢反应器作为Oleflex工艺PDH装置的核心设备，其安装质量

直接影响装置反再系统的生产运行。本文通过详细描述反应器内件的安装工序及要求，使脱氢反应器及内件安装得到良好

的质量保证，满足工艺要求，同时也能最大程度节约施工成本。

Abstract：With the increasing demand of propylene in China，there are more and more newly built propane dehydrogenation 

units. UOP Oleflex process，as one of the main processes of propane dehydrogenation （PDH） in the world at present，has been 

adopted by many domestic companies. As the core equipment of Oleflex process PDH unit，the installation quality of dehydrogenation 

reactor directly affects the production and operation of the reverse reconditioning system of the unit. In this paper，the installation 

procedure and requirements of the inner parts of the reactor are described in detail，so that the installation of the dehydrogenation 

reactor and inner parts can obtain good quality assurance，meet the technical requirements，and save the construction cost to the 

greatest extent.
