摘要

乡村振兴，人才是关键。大学生返乡就业，是推动乡村建设，改善农村人口结构，缩小城乡发展差距，推动我省经济可持续化发展的重中之重。本文运用了文献法、问卷法等多种研究方法，以近三年内返乡就业的大学生作为研究对象，对河北省S市高校的大学生返乡就业困境进行调查，指出国家政策宣传落实困难、大学生返乡就业观念有偏差、大学生返乡就业机会较少、环境较差等现实困境，并进一步分析背后的原因主要有政府服务能力不足、高校就业教育缺失、乡镇产业发展滞后、学生自身素质不足等，并针对性地提出促进大学生返乡就业的对策和路径。本研究为当地相关部门进一步推进大学生返乡就业工作提供借鉴参考，推进大学生返乡就业，推动乡村人才振兴，对我国其他同类型地区同样具有参考价值。

Abstract

Talentisthekeytoruralrevitalization.Returningcollegestudentstotheirhometownsforemploymentisatopprioritytopromoteruralconstruction,improveruralpopulationstructure,narrowthegapbetweenurbanandruraldevelopment,andpromotesustainableeconomicdevelopmentofourprovince.Inthispaper,avarietyofresearchmethodssuchasliteraturemethodandquestionnairemethodareusedtoinvestigatethereturningemploymentplightofcollegestudentsincollegesanduniversitiesinSCity,HebeiProvinceinrecentthreeyears.Thepaperpointsoutthedifficultiesintheimplementationofnationalpolicypublicity,deviationofthereturningemploymentconceptofcollegestudents,feweremploymentopportunitiesforcollegestudentsreturningtotheirhometown,poorenvironmentandotherpracticaldifficulties.Andfurtheranalysisofthereasonsbehindthemaingovernmentserviceabilityisinsufficient,thelackofemploymenteducationincollegesanduniversities,townshipindustrydevelopmentlag,thelackofstudentsownquality,andputforwardtargetedcountermeasuresandwaystopromotethereturnofcollegestudentsemployment.Thisstudyprovidesreferenceforlocaldepartmentstofurtherpromotethereturnofcollegestudentstoemployment,promotethereturnofcollegestudentstoemployment,andpromotetherevitalizationofruralpersonnel,andalsohasreferencevalueforothersimilarareasinourcountry.
