摘要

为解决快递包装废弃物处理、包装过度等问题，推动实现快递包装绿色治理，本文通过问卷调查，对快递包装的使用者进行调查，从对快递包装的认知、对绿色包装的了解、对环保型快递包装的接受度等方面，系统地了解公众对快递包装问题的认识和对推行快递包装绿色治理的了解与支持程度。总体上来看，对快递包装进行绿色治理已经取得了一定的成效，越来越多的快递企业与消费者正在加入快递包装绿色治理的进程中，但不容忽视的是，由于快递包装废弃物总量比较大，以及现存的快递包装治理所存在的问题，我国快递包装绿色治理的实施水平仍然需要提升。本文将从政策工具的视角，结合推动快递包装绿色治理的实践行为，就如何更好的推动快递包装绿色治理提出一系列对策建议，推动快递包装绿色治理的发展进程，促进实现可持续发展。

Abstract

Inordertosolvetheproblemsofwastedisposalandexcessivepackagingofexpresspackaging,in-depthanalysisofthecausesoftheaboveproblems,andfromtheperspectiveofpolicytools,practicalandeffectivecountermeasuresandsuggestionsareputforward.Throughquestionnairesurvey,thispaperinvestigatestheusersofexpresspackaging,fromtheaspectsofcognitionofexpresspackaging,understandingofgreenpackaging,acceptanceofenvironmentallyfriendlyexpresspackaging,etc.Systematicallyunderstandthecurrentpublicunderstandingofexpresspackagingissuesandtheimplementationofgreengovernanceofexpresspackagingunderstandingandsupportdegree.Onthewhole,thegreengovernanceofexpresspackaginghasachievedsomeresults.Moreandmoreexpressenterprisesandconsumersarejoiningtheprocessofgreengovernanceofexpresspackaging.However,itcannotbeignoredthatthetotalamountofexpresspackagingwasteisrelativelylarge,aswellastheexistingproblemsofexpresspackaginggovernance.Theimplementationlevelofgreengovernanceofexpresspackagingstillneedstobeimproved.Thispaperwillfromtheperspectiveofpolicytools,combinedwiththepracticeofpromotinggreengovernanceofexpresspackaging,putforwardaseriesofcountermeasuresandsuggestionsonhowtobetterpromotegreengovernanceofexpresspackaging,promotethedevelopmentprocessofgreengovernanceofexpresspackaging,andpromotetherealizationofsustainabledevelopment.
